We do our best to cope with life’s challenges. When something we do appears to work, we repeat it, and over time it becomes a habit. Sometimes, however, the very habits that once seemed to help us begin to work against us, leaving us feeling trapped by addiction, unsatisfying relationships, or self-limiting beliefs.
Therapy offers an opportunity to step back from these habits, understand how they develope, and begin coping in new ways. Just as harm so often occurs within relationships, so too can healing. Together, we create a safe, respectful space where you can explore your experiences honestly, without judgment or pressure to conform to familiar roles.
We have a natural ability to heal. Just as the body repairs physical injuries, the mind naturally moves toward balance and wholeness. Beneath life's struggles lies a quieter state of calm, connection, and belonging. Healing is the gradual return to that state.
My approach is grounded in present-moment awareness and genuine human connection. My style is relaxed and conversational. Together, we bring awareness, curiosity, openness, and respect to your inner experience. You can then begin to recognize the beliefs, habits, and relational patterns that have shaped your life—and understand where they came from. With that understanding, old coping strategies gradually loosen their hold. Emotions become a source of information and guidance rather than something to fear and bury. Changes that begin in therapy naturally extend into everyday life.
Therapy unfolds at a pace that feels safe while still supporting meaningful progress. Our work is collaborative: I offer guidance and structure while respecting your experience and readiness.
My interest in psychotherapy stems from my own experience. As I worked through old issues, I discovered a sense of freedom and peace that I had not known. That experience inspired me to dedicate my life to this healing art. It is a true pleasure to see that same freedom develop in my clients.

Complete the contact form with your name, phone number, email address, and a brief description of what brings you to therapy.
We’ll then schedule a brief phone conversation to discuss your needs, answer your questions, and give you a chance to see whether we’re a good fit. When we’ve scheduled our first appointment, I’ll send you the intake forms to complete beforehand. This way we can focus on you rather than paperwork.
I look forward to hearing from you.
